PLATON Titan

Allergic reactions to certain materials are a growing problem. As a consequence, a trend towards biocompatible materials is to be noticed. Titanium and titanium alloys are characterized by an excellent biocompatibility and are therefore ideally suited as implant materials.

Tantum is following this trend with a titanium version of the PLATON nail. We offer the PLATON ti locking nail system with a few modifications compared to our PLATON system of stainless steel, however, without changing the proven concept.
